The application of the invention is a method of manufacturing a bench for fixing and loading object to be processed. The invention provides a bench which is easy to perform processing and can stably keeping a bench for a laser processing device of an object to be processed. The manufacturing method of loading and fixing a bench of an object to be processed comprises the following steps of: preparing a flat plate-shaped glass plate; forming a preset position on an aspirating groove on one main side of the glass plate and forming a coarse groove by blast sanding and obtaining the aspirating groove by etching the surface of the coarse groove. The preset position on the aspirating groove includes an area which is configured in a honeycomb when overlooked. |
