PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve a capture margin in capturing, by a control device, a data signal supplied from each of a plurality of memory devices within an identical-rank group.SOLUTION: A control device, which includes a data strobe input terminal that is connected in common to data strobe terminals of a plurality of memory device, performs the following: holding a mutually independent plurality of pieces of data strobe delay information which are respectively associated with the plurality of memory devices; adjusts the phase of a data strobe signal supplied from one memory device of the plurality of memory devices according to the data strobe delay information associated with the one memory device out of the plurality of pieces of data strobe delay information; and latches a data signal, which is received from the one memory device via the data strobe input terminal, according to the adjusted data strobe signal. |
