An objective of the present invention is to carry out restrictions independently with respect to a packet call and a voice call. A mobile station (UE) according to the present invention is configured, on the basis of a notification of SSAC restriction information, to carry out an SSAC which determines whether to permit a transmission of an IMS-associated send signal. An IMS function (13) is configured to issue a notification to an NAS function (12) of a send request including an identifier which denotes being the IMS-associated send signal, when the determination is made to permit the transmission of the IMS-associated send signal. The NAS function (12) is configured to issue a notification to an AS function (11) of the send request including the identifier which denotes being the IMS-associated send signal. The AS function (11) is configured, according to the notified send request including the identifier, to not carry out an ACB which determines whether to permit a transmission of the IMS-associated send signal. |
