This energy management device is configured in such a manner as to sell surplus electricity generated by power-generating equipment. The energy management device sets a target value for the amount of electricity to be sold in a prescribed period, estimates whether the amount of electricity to be sold will reach the target value, and restricts electricity according to the priorities set for a plurality of electrical devices when it is estimated that the target value will not be reached.
