A pump installing device for a pipeline, a vessel with the same, and a pump installing method using the same are provided. The pump installing device according to an embodiment of the present invention includes a propellant having a propeller capable of being moved to the pipeline; a working module which is installed on the propeller and which cuts a predetermined section of the pipeline while moving to the pipeline; a connection module which connects the pipeline, which is cut to make a fluid flow inside the cut pipeline bypass to the pump line mounted on the propeller, and the pump line to enable fluid to flow.
