The present invention relates to a server and a method for calculating customer ratings. The object of the present invention is to provide customized services for customers and member stores by calculating each customer rating or/and each member store rating based on user information of each member store. The customer rating calculating server of the present invention comprises: a user management unit for managing the accumulated number of users of each member store; a customer score calculation unit for calculating a customer score by adding the accumulated number of users of each member store which the customer uses based on the accumulated number of users of each member store managed by the user management unit; a member store score calculation unit for calculating a member store score by adding scores of respective customers who use the member store based on the calculated customer score of each customer calculated by the customer score calculation unit; and a customer rating calculation unit for calculating the rating of the customer by adding scores of respective member stores which the customer uses based on the member store scores calculated by the member store score calculation unit.
