A rice germ beverage manufacturing method according to the present invention comprises: an embryo bud separating step of selecting embryo buds; an embryo bud hot water extraction step of performing hot water extraction on the separated embryo buds; and a rice germ beverage manufacture step of manufacturing a rice germ beverage by mixing embryo bud hot water extracts with beverages. The embryo bud separating step uses a image selecting device comprising a light source for irradiating light to rice and embryo buds, a CCD camera for analyzing digital images by taking a picture of the embryo buds in which the light of the light source is irradiated, an ejector for selecting foreign materials except the embryo buds by using the analysis value of the digital images captured by the CCD camera, and a display section for controlling the light source, CCD camera and ejector and displaying the analysis value of the digital images captured by the CCD camera. The embryo bud separating step comprises: a first embryo bud separating step of arranging a darkroom and irradiating light to the embryo buds by using the light source arranged in the inner space of the darkroom; a second embryo bud separating step of analyzing the digital images by taking a picture of the irradiated embryo buds with the CCD camera; and a third embryo bud separating step of selecting foreign materials form the embryo buds by the ejector receiving the analysis value of the digital images. |
