PURPOSE: A communication service device for integrating heterogeneous terminals is provided to offer smooth communication between a subscriber and an operator by including two or more operator terminals. CONSTITUTION: A wired and wireless converter(130) converts a signal transmitted to a wireless terminal of an operator into an RF(Radio Frequency) signal. The wired and wireless converter transmits the converted RF signal to the wireless terminal of the operator. The wired and wireless converter modulates the RF signal transmitted from the wireless terminal of the operator. The wired and wireless converter transmits the modulated signal to a subscriber terminal. A main control module(140) controls the modulation and signal conversion of the wired and wireless converter, the call switching of a switching module(120), and the call connection and disconnection of a line connecting module(110).
