MULTIPURPOSE FLOW MODULE AND METHOD FOR USING THE SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flexible concept of a multipurpose flow module applicable to a desired process.SOLUTION: A multipurpose flow module has: at least one integrated flow part; one or more connection ports; a gasket and a plate; and an insertion element and a plate. The flow part has a fluidization plate and a heat exchange plate, in which there are provided a flow passage on the side of the fluidization plate and a heat exchange part on the side of the heat exchange plate and which are produced as an integrated article, and has the flow passage including one inlet and one outlet. The connection port is disposed along at least one outside surface of the flow part and is communicated with the flow passage. The gasket and the plate are used for hermetically sealing the flow passage. The insertion element and the plate are used for hermetically sealing the heat exchange plate. The flow passage has a curved shape so as to cover the respective fluidization plate. The curved shape of the flow passage has one or more mixing sections having a shape of a crooked or curved part. The mixing section is arranged at the corner of the crooked or curved part of the flow passage.
