It is intended to provide a novel amine compound represented by the following general formula (I), a pharmaceutically acceptable acid addition salt thereof, a hydrate thereof or a solvate thereof, which has an excellent peripheral blood lymphocyte decreasing action, exhibits excellent immunosuppressive action, antirejection action and the like, and has reduced side effects such as bradycardia.
