PURPOSE: A loading member is provided to grasp a malfunctioning tester accurately, thereby improving the reliability of a tester. CONSTITUTION: A loading member(4) comprises a bolt(41), a spring(42), and an applying unit(43). The bolt is coupled to a nut included in a tester. One end of the spring is connected to a tip end of the bolt in a longitudinal direction of the bolt. The applying unit is connected to the other end of the spring in a longitudinal direction of the spring, thereby adding a load to the tester by pushing a specific portion of the test equipment where the tester is mounted or a tester mounted in the test equipment when the bolt is coupled with the bolt. |
