PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an LED lighting device capable of turning on/off an LED having rapid blinking responsiveness and gentle to eyes in a simple power circuit configuration.SOLUTION: An LED lighting device comprises voltage variable means for applying an output voltage of a DC power supply 1 to an LED 4 by increasing or decreasing the output voltage with time. The voltage variable means comprises a CR time constant circuit composed of a resistor 2 connected in series to the DC power supply 1 and a capacitor 3 connected in parallel to the DC power supply 1 via the resistor 2. When it goes on, the LED 4 gradually increases brightness because the CR time constant circuit gradually increases a voltage of the capacitor 3. When it goes off, the LED 4 gradually becomes dark because the CR time constant circuit gradually discharges the voltage of the capacitor 3 to the DC power supply 1 side. |
