PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing an aromatic polycarbonate, by which a heat resource on the production can be saved and the decomposition of an aromatic dihydroxy compound can be prevented, and to provide production facilities.SOLUTION: There are provided a method for producing an aromatic polycarbonate through a polycondensation process for polycondensing a carbonic acid diester with an aromatic dihydroxy compound as raw materials, wherein the method includes: mixing a melted carbonic acid diester flow which is a flow of the melted carbonic acid diester, with a melted aromatic dihydroxy compound flow which is a flow of the melted aromatic dihydroxy compound, in combined piping to prepare a melted polycarbonate resin raw material; and then continuously polycondensing the melted polycarbonate resin raw material in a polycondensation reaction device. A raw material production device used therefor, production facilities having the polycondensation reaction device, and the like are also provided. |
