<p>The machine has a hopper mechanism (19) connected to a conveyor base (20) and a presser foot (21) for alternately skipping, raising and lowering on the conveyor base. The hopper mechanism is articulated through a hopper element (24) on a transport foot rod (22) to a presser foot rod (23) and a hopper drive (25).
