PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a crimping device in which the generation of burrs can be suppressed to the minimum, the occurrence of such a trouble that a crimper is hard to be peeled off from an anvil having a crimp terminal stuck to the crimper can be avoided, and furthermore, deformation of the crimp terminal can be avoided. SOLUTION: On right and left side faces of the anvil 30 facing slope-like guide walls 22A, 22B of the crimper 20, when crimp pieces 43A, 43B are caulked by the anvil 30 and the crimper 20, fine irregularities are formed at portions in contact with the upper face 31 of the anvil 30 and portions near its upper face 31 as rough faces 34 enabling suppression of intrusion due to flow of walls of the crimp pieces 43A, 43B.
