PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polyolefin based resin laminated foam sheet where a thermoplastic elastomer layer is coextrusion laminated on a polyolefin based resin foam body layer, and a friction coefficient is large and adhesiveness with an article to be wrapped pr a contacted article. SOLUTION: The polyolefin based resin laminated foam sheet is characterized in that it is a polyolefin based rein laminated foam sheet (γ) where the thermoplastic elastomer layer (α) is laminated and attached as the outermost layer of at least one surface side of the polyolefin based resin foam layer (β), and the thickness of 0.3-30 mm and the density of 0.018-0.18 g/cm<SP>3</SP>, and (i) the average thickness of the thermoplastic elastomer layer (α) is less than 10 μm, (ii) a lot of fine irregular depressed areas are formed on the outer surface of the thermoplastic elastomer layer (α), and (iii) a static friction coefficient based on JIS K 7125 of the outer surface of the thermoplastic elastomer layer (α) is 4-15.
