PURPOSE: A hot stamping method capable of increasing the shape fixability of material and reducing a post-process and a hot stamping apparatus therefor are provided to perform trimming by using the blanking die before a molded body is cured in the state where a press mold is closed. CONSTITUTION: A hot stamping apparatus capable of increasing the shape fixability of material and reducing a post-process includes an upper mold (130), a pad mold (135), a press slide (140), a first elastic supporting unit (150), upper mold pressing protrusions (134,144), a second elastic supporting unit (155), and a pad mold pressing protrusions (136,146), and a shearing cutter unit. The pad mold is formed in the through hole of the upper mold to be independently lifted. The press slide lifts the upper mold and the pad mold. The first and second elastic supporting unit is provided between the press slide and the upper mold, and the press slide and the pad mold. The upper mold pressing protrusions directly transmit the pressure that the press slide applies to the upper mold. The pad mold pressing protrusions directly transmit the pressure that the press slide applies to the pad mold. The shearing cutter unit is fixed to the press slide, and cuts the blanks exposed to the outside of the upper and lower molds. |
