The device comprises a collecting device associated with a laser device to neutralize an optical beam at an outlet of a endless sheet-type belt and to collect harmful substances such as particles, sublimates and aerosols produced during laser drilling. An optical beam is emitted by the laser device acting on a first face of the endless sheet-type belt in an incidence point. The collecting device is disposed at a second face opposite to the second face transverse with respect to the longitudinal direction of the endless sheet-type belt in a region of the incidence point.
