PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a storage control device which constraints deterioration in writing speed in a preliminary treatment of a data area as a writing target.SOLUTION: A determination part determines, at the time of writing operation to a prescribed data area of a memory cell, whether or not either one operation of a deleting operation and a program operation should be executed as a pretreatment. A pre-read processing part reads out, when a determination result shows that a pretreatment should be executed, pre-read data out of a data area of a memory cell as a writing target prior to a writing operation. A bit operation part: executes, when a determination result shows that a pretreatment should be executed, a pretreatment and also an operation not corresponding to a pretreatment as a posttreatment out of a deletion operation and a program operation; and omits, when it shows that a pretreatment should not be executed, a pretreatment and executes a posttreatment. |
