APPARATUS AND METHOD FOR RECOMMENDING CONTENTS BASED SENSIBILITY

PURPOSE: An emotion based content recommendation apparatus and a method thereof are provided to recommend multimedia contents such as movies based on emotion keyword. CONSTITUTION: An emotion information acquisition unit (200) obtains user's emotion information when a user uses a certain content. An emotion information management unit (300) stores and manages emotion information corresponding to the content. If a user inputs a specific emotion word in order to request to search for a content, a content recommendation unit (400) searches for a content corresponding to the emotion word and recommends the searched content. The emotion information acquisition unit includes a Social Networking Service (SNS) data collection unit, an emotion expression word extraction unit and an emotion expression word classification unit. The emotion expression word classification unit classifies emotion expression words which are extracted by the emotion expression word extraction unit into given emotion states.
