The insert layer (105) is arranged inside the luminescent layer (103), so as to reduce the impact of the voltage on electron-hole recombination in the luminescent layer (103), increase the recombination quantity of carriers such as electrons and holes in the luminescent layer (103), and improve the recombination ratio of electrons and holes.
