Multiple items of motion video content filmed by multiple cameras are respectively associated with metadata describing a time stamp indicating the filming time, and spatial information indicating a characteristic of space relating the camera at the time of filming. According to this content method, on the basis of time stamp and space information described by the metadata from among the multiple items of motion video content, motion video content is selected for playback (S101); on the basis of the time stamp described in the metadata associated with the selected motion video content, a playback start location of the selected motion video content is determined (S102); and the selected motion video content is played back from the playback start location so determined (S103).
