PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a foreign object detection sensor which inhibits intrusion of a resin material, which is for forming a terminal molding member, into a hollow insulator.SOLUTION: Parts of electrode wires 23, 24 which are disposed so as to be spaced away from each other in a hollow insulator 22 forming a long shape and having insulation properties and elasticity are led out from a longitudinal end part of the hollow insulator 22. A first terminal molding member 51 is formed by an insulative first terminal molding resin material 52 and buries the electrode wires 23, 24 led out from the longitudinal end part of the hollow insulator 22. A first blocking member 61 blocking the first terminal molding resin material 52 from intruding into the hollow insulator 22 is provided at the longitudinal end part of the hollow insulator 22. |
