The present invention relates to the field of LED display devices, and particularly to an easy-to-install LED display screen frame and an LED display device. Provided is an easy-to-install LED display screen frame which comprises: edge frames used for fixing LED display units, and connecting corner external members. The edge frames are connected end-to-end through the connecting corner external members to form a closed housing space. Each of the edge frames is provided thereon with a plurality of first mounting holes which are arranged at equal distance and used for fixing an LED strip-shaped display unit, the edge frame is of a strip-shaped hollow structure, and each of the edge frames is sheathed with each of the connecting corner external members. The easy-to-install LED display screen frame in the present invention is provided thereon with a plurality of first mounting holes which are arranged at equal distance and used for fixing an LED strip-shaped display unit, thereby solving the problem that the existing LED display unit installation is non-uniform and illogical. The edge frames as major components of the frame can be freely removed, sleeved and combined. The overall frame is strong and permeable, has a light weight, and is suitable for various types of LED display screens with different point distances.
