PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical element complex which excellently prevents damage to an optical element surface, contamination, and foreign matter mixture in an inspection process of an optical element.SOLUTION: The optical element complex is a complex in which biaxially oriented polyester films are put on both faces of an optical element via adhesives. One of the biaxially oriented polyester films has the inclination of an orientation main axis being equal to or less than 20 degrees, and the other of the biaxially oriented polyester films has a release layer on one face, the release layer being in contact with an adhesive layer. |
