PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a thermoconductive sheet whose peel strength is strong, and which is excellent in thermal conductivity and heat dissipation.SOLUTION: There is provided a thermoconductive sheet 18 using a graphite sheet 11 to be obtained by performing thermal decomposition of an organic film, in which areas except the end surface of the graphite sheet 11 are constituted so that their surface directions become approximately perpendicular to c axes of the respective graphene layers 14 constituting the graphite sheet 11, and the surfaces perpendicular to the c axes of the graphene layers 14 are exposed on the end surface of the graphite sheet 11. |
