PURPOSE: A closed circuit television (CCTV) photographing content sharing system using an agent program is provided to remove the need for construction of an output device such as a server in a server by automatically uploading image data stored in the server which is compatible with a digital camera in a management server. CONSTITUTION: An agent program (300) comprises an image collection module, a screen change rate analysis module, and an image file creation module. The screen change rate analysis module analyzes image data which is collected by the image collection module. The screen change rate analysis module extracts an image in which change of a screen is generated according to a set screen change rate. The image file creation module produces an image file with the image which is extracted by the screen change rate analysis module. A management server (400) is connected to a discrete server with a wireless and wired internet communications network. The management server receives the image data transmitted by the agent program and the image file and stores it.
