PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resin insulation vacuum valve in which crack resistance can be enhanced by suppressing formation of a boundary surface by different materials.SOLUTION: The resin insulation valve includes a vacuum insulation container 1 composed of ceramics, a stress relaxation layer 2 provided on the outer periphery of the vacuum insulation container 1, and an insulation layer 5 for external insulation reinforcement by cast resin provided on the outer periphery of the stress relaxation layer 2. The stress relaxation layer 2 is formed by applying a material which is formed by adding a reactive diluent agent, represented by butyl glycidyl ether to the cast resin, composed of epoxy resin, an acid anhydrous curative agent, and inorganic particles. |
