PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an image which has had blurring of colors reduced while also cutting back a calculation amount and a circuit scale, as well as securing the quantity of light and improving an S/N ratio.SOLUTION: Odd-numbered lines of a single-plate color image sensor each have first and second color pixels alternately arranged, and even-numbered lines each have first and third color pixels alternately arranged. Pixel values are read out from a plurality of first color pixels disposed in one and the same line alternately in a first exposure time and a second exposure time which is longer than the first exposure time according to the order in which they are arranged. Pixel values are read out from a plurality of second color pixels disposed in one and the same line alternately in the first and the second exposure time according to the order in which they are arranged. Pixel values are read out from a plurality of third color pixels disposed in one and the same line alternately in the first and the second exposure time according to the order in which they are arranged. An image processing unit generates a new moving image with a designated frame rate on the basis of the pixel values read out in the first and the second exposure time. |
