PURPOSE: An electrode for a secondary battery is provided to allow the secondary battery to have excellent output characteristic and charging speed since the relative capacity decreasing rate is low even though the C-rate of the electrode is increased. CONSTITUTION: An electrode for a secondary battery in which an electrode mixture comprising an electrode active material, a binder, and an electric conductor is coated on the current collector. The electrode active material is a cathode active material or an anodal active material. The anodal active material comprises an oxide represented by the chemical formula 1: LixMyMn2-yO4-zAz. The cathode active material comprises an oxide represented by the chemical formula 2: LiaM'bO4-cAc.
