A method for operation of gas-condensate or oil well includes use of a well gas-liquid jet pump. Preliminarily productivity of the well by fluid and gaseous phases is determined, static (H) and dynamical levels of fluid (H), gas-liquid jet pump is lowered to depth H=(1.25÷1.5)H, the shoe of lift string is lowered to the middle of bedding of productive seam to depth (H=H), by means of high-pressure gas press drop in the shaft of the well is provided at the level, and settings of the jet pump (H). Periodically indicator diagrams of change of debit of fluid and liquid-gas factor as functions of flow rate of working gas (Q) are registered, by indicator diagrams optimum technological mode is set, this corresponds to maximal debit of fluid at minimal flow rate of working gas and optimal depression on the seam. At that to flow of working gas paraffin-formation and deposition of asphalt-tar substances (ATS) inhibitor is supplied in amount of (0.1÷0.3) % of flow rate of hydrocarbon fluid and/or inhibitor of hydrate formation in amount of (20÷70) g/ths. mof gas flow rate. Use of the method provides optimum conditions of operation of low-debit oil or gas-condensate wells oil or gas condensate of which is characterized by increased content of paraffin and asphalt-tar substances, makes it possible to stabilize conditions of operation and to increase the current and the end hydrocarbon production of the field. |
