PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that since it is necessary to designate an existing document for generating and updating a compound document in a conventional manner, it is not possible to apply the compound document creation method to a specific unregistered document which is scheduled to be registered afterwards, and the timing of compound documentation may not be obtained in such a case that each document has not been updated or edited just until a compound document becomes necessary when a plurality of persons individually create documents, and finally perform compound documentation.SOLUTION: The compound document creation method includes: preliminarily assigning a user list to a specified folder on a document management system, and when all users described in the user list store documents with respect to the specified folder, performing the compound documentation of the documents registered by the respective users in the order specified by the user list. |
