PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a workpiece polishing method, a workpiece holding tool, a workpiece stabilizer and a workpiece polishing device, safe and convenient to use, not requiring to hold a workpiece by a worker when polishing.SOLUTION: A workpiece is put into a set space of a holding tool longitudinally disposed on a polishing tool, and a lower end surface to be polished of the workpiece is brought into contact with the polishing tool. A weight is placed on the workpiece to apply a load to the workpiece in a direction toward the polishing tool so as to restrict inclination and horizontal displacement of the workpiece. In this state, the polishing tool is rotated to polish the lower end surface to be polished of the workpiece. An installation portion and a holding part are provided, the holding portion includes a set space capable of housing the workpiece vertically or nearly vertically to set the workpiece, and the set space is opened through the vertical direction so that the lower end surface to be polished of the workpiece, which is housed in the set space from an upper opening, projects from a lower opening so as to be brought into contact with the polishing tool. |
