摘要 <p>Provided are a hybridoma cell line 10G4 and a monoclonal antibody secreted thereby against a sum of aflatoxins. The hybridoma cell line 10G4 (CCTCC No. C201016) can be used for preparing the monoclonal antibody against the sum of aflatoxins B1, B2, G1, and G2, while the titer of mouse ascite antibody of 10G4 measured using conventional enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) can reach 5.12 × 105. The monoclonal antibody against the sum of aflatoxins B1, B2, G1, and G2 is capable of identifying with improved consistency aflatoxins B1, B2, G1, and G2, where the 50% inhibitory concentration, IC50, for aflatoxins B1, B2, G1, and G2 respectively are 2.09 ng/ml, 2.23 ng/ml, 2.19 ng/ml, and 3.21 ng/ml, and where the range of cross-reactivities with aflatoxins B1, B2, G1, and G2 is between 62.5% and 100%, and is applicable in quantitative determination of the sum of aflatoxins B1, B2, G1, and G2.</p>
