PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily form various patterns on a concrete surface with high efficiency.SOLUTION: There is provided a method for forming a pattern on a concrete surface using efflorescence during manufacture of a concrete product in which a concrete formed body is heat-cured after initial curing. The heat curing is hot-water curing which is performed in hot water. The concrete formed body is such that, before hot-water curing, masking film is adhered to a pattern-formation planned surface of the concrete surface, and the pattern-formation planned surface is partially covered. The concrete formed body with the masking film is hot-water-cured. The portion of the pattern-formation planned surface that is covered by the masking film does not come into contact with the hot water, and the portion that is not covered by the masking film comes into contact with the hot water. After the start of hot-water curing, the masking film is peeled off. Hot-water contact period of the pattern-formation planned surface is partially changed. As a result of the difference in the hot-water contact period during hot-water curing, brightness of the concrete surface is partially changed, and a pattern is formed by the difference in brightness. |
