摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical device capable of properly measuring the state of tilting and bending degree of a cylindrical structure such as an electric pole and a chimney, and an angle of a structure or the like, and a measurement method using the same.SOLUTION: A laser surveying device 1 matches collimation at left and right ends of an electric pole 2 and measures angles. From the two measured angles, the center angle is calculated, the collimation is matched to the angle, and a range is measured. From measured distance data and measured angle data, a radius of the electric pole 2 is calculated. Further, in the same direction, the range is measured at another part of the electric pole 2, and from the difference, the inclination and a displacement amount of the electric pole 2 are calculated. The angle of the structure is measured by matching the collimation at the tip of the angle by the laser surveying device 1. Thereafter, the collimation is moved to the inner side from the tip of the angle and the range is measured.
