PURPOSE: A closed circuit television (CCTV) monitoring system is provided to perform the tilting control and zoom-in control of a monitoring camera on a display screen of a control center and to offer a photographing area according to the monitoring camera with map information. CONSTITUTION: A display unit (20) selectively displays map information including positions of multiple monitoring cameras and photographing images at the multiple monitoring cameras on a screen. A management server (30) detects a mouse motion signal on the screen of the display unit. The management server controls actions of the multiple monitoring cameras and an output screen of the display unit according to the detected mouse motion signal. A communications unit transmits a signal between the management server and the multiple monitoring cameras.
