PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle body lower structure capable of excellently preventing right-left rear frames from swinging in the vehicle width direction. SOLUTION: In this vehicle body lower structure 10, the rear frames 18 and 19 are respectively arranged on the right-left sides of a vehicle body, and a front part of the rear frames is formed as a horizontal frame part 41 extended substantially horizontally, and a rear part of the horizontal frame part is formed as a kickup frame part 42 extended upward in a curved shape. This vehicle body lower structure 10 includes right-left reinforcing frames 31 and 32 arranged inside in the vehicle width direction of the rear frames and arranged in a substantially truncated chevron shape so that an interval gradually narrows toward the vehicle body rear, and a front connecting stay 91 extended in the vehicle width direction for respectively connecting the right-left reinforcing frames to the horizontal frame part.
