PURPOSE: An organic light emitting display device and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to improve light transmittance by forming a hole on an antireflection unit. CONSTITUTION: An organic light emitting layer (130) and a second electrode (140) are successively formed on a first electrode. An antireflection unit (200) includes a phase difference film and a polarized film. The phase difference film and the polarized film are successively formed on the rear side of a first substrate. The antireflection unit includes at least one hole. The hole transmits light from red, green, and blue subpixels.
