PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat dissipating resin coated aluminum material excellent in conductivity and bending workability as well as in heat dissipation, and to provide its production process.SOLUTION: There are provided: a heat dissipating resin coated aluminum material that includes an aluminum material, a chemical conversion coating formed on both sides of the aluminum material and a resin coating of 0.4-1.9 μm in thickness which is formed on at least one surface of the chemical conversion coating, wherein the resin coating includes a coating material comprising a polyester resin having a benzene ring in its molecule and being 21,000-28,000 in number average molecular weight, a melamine resin, carbon black having a mean particle size of 115-140 nm, nickel and a liquid wax, and a production process thereof. |
