PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light irradiation device that can cure a photocurable resin coating film at low cost.SOLUTION: A light irradiation device is disposed inside, with an upstream side ultraviolet lamp 32 that irradiates a photo-curing mold resin coating film formed on a resin film with light, and includes: a housing 311 that covers a light irradiation range of the photo-curing mold resin coating film; a partition plate 33 that has translucence and partitions inside of the housing 311 into a light source chamber 3111 where an upstream side ultraviolet lamp 32 is arranged inside, and an irradiation chamber 3112 where a light irradiation range is arranged; a first discharge means 34 to discharge an inert gas into the irradiation chamber 3112; and an exhaust means 36 to exhaust the air in the light source chamber 3111 outside the housing 311. The air is supplied in light source chamber 3111 from outside the housing 311, and the exhaust means 36 exhausts the air of the amount more than the amount of the air supplied in the light source chamber 3111, and decreases the atmospheric pressure in the light source chamber 3111 to less than atmospheric pressure in the irradiation chamber 3112. |
