The holder assembly has a holding element that holds a lining element (10). A tolerance compensating element (20) is provided between holding element and lining element, and is moved in the traveling direction of the lining element to compensate for the tolerance of the lining element. The compensating element and the lining element are spaced from each other through the gap formed between compensating element and lining element. A resilient positioning element (51) of the compensating element is prefixed in the mounting position of the lining element, and is made of elastomer.
