摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lead-based glass which has good fire-through properties, hardly reduces the photoelectric conversion efficiency of a silicon solar cell during fire through, devitrifies hardly even when mixed with a metal powder and fired, and can be sintered at a low temperature.SOLUTION: A glass for electrode formation comprises, in mass%, 70-95% of PbO, 0-20% of BO, 1-20% of SiO+AlO, and 0.1-15% of YO+ScO+lanthanoid oxide, as a glass composition. The glass is mixed with a metal powder and fired to form an electrode for a silicon solar cell.
