PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that, for transmitting position information and a terminal ID of a communication terminal of a user to an access point on the basis of a communication standard of a wireless LAN after the communication terminal receives the position information from an IMES transmitter, generally, a wireless LAN transmitter is also required for the communication terminal, and the wireless LAN transmitter consumes quite large power in comparison with power consumption of a GPS receiver, and thus, the communication terminal as a whole cannot achieve power saving even if the GPS receiver achieves the power saving.SOLUTION: A communication terminal 5 transmits terminal identification information A for identifying the communication terminal 5 and position information X received from a distribution device 3 by a reception section 41 to the distribution device 3 distributing the position information X. Thereby, the communication terminal 5 present in a range where the position information X distributed from the distribution device 3 reaches is required to transmit the position information X and the terminal identification information A to the distribution device 3 in this range, so that it is enough to use only minimum consumption power for transmission. |
