PURPOSE: A livestock excretion disposal plant and a method are provided to discharge collected livestock excretion in a recyclable state through sterilization, fermentation, and drying process in one main treatment body. CONSTITUTION: A livestock excretion disposal method includes the following steps; an injecting step which puts the excretion into a space through an inlet of a main excretion treatment body (S1); an elevation step which sterilizes and increases an internal temperature by supplying steam into the space (S2); a cooling water supplying step which cools the main treatment body (S3); a fermentation step which enables fermentation by supplying microorganisms in the space once the temperature gets in the range of 35-37°C supplying steams (S4); a drying step which dries the excretion by supplying air into the space (S5); and a discharge step (S6).
