PURPOSE: The present invention is provided to detect a threshold voltage by using a detecting circuit and to apply a compensation voltage which compensates a change of the detected threshold voltage in order to maintain a consistency of image quality of display panel. CONSTITUTION: A threshold voltage detecting circuit (200) comprises first and second transistors (T1, T2) and a driving transistor (Tdr). The driving transistor of threshold voltage detecting circuit comprises the same thin film transistor as a plurality of thin film transistors (T) formed on a display panel (110), and both of N and P type transistors may be used. The first and second transistors are alternatively turned on/off by first and second control signals (S1, S2), respectively.
