<p>PURPOSE: An LED control method for CCTV photographing is provided to reduce time required for operation by reducing the operation of a system for controlling an LED for CCTV photographing. CONSTITUTION: A sync signal is extracted from an image signal transmitted from a CCTV camera. A starting point of a lens opening time of the CCTV camera is derived by analyzing the sync signal. An LED is operated from the starting point during a presetting time. The LED is operated before a predetermined time of the starting point. The predetermined time is longer than a time required for operating the LED.
