PURPOSE: An electrolyzer of an electrolysis device is provided to reduce scale from being generated in an electrolyzer and an electrode, and to minimize the contact of the electrode and hydrogen generated during the electrolysis process. CONSTITUTION: An electrolyzer of an electrolysis device includes a main pipe (110), a pipe (120), and a hydrogen exhaust pipe (130). Multiple main pipes are arranged in parallel with being apart from each other, and include the electrode plate for the electrolysis of sea water therein. The multiple connection pipes mutually connect multiple main pipes. The multiple hydrogen exhaust pipes connect the vertically neighbored two main pipes. The connection pipes and the hydrogen exhaust pipes connect the neighbored two main pipes in the inner area of the main pipe, thereby suppressing that the volume of the electrolyzer is increased by the connection pipe and the hydrogen exhaust pipes.
