The present invention relates to a wireless communication system, and more specifically, to a method and device for handover of a packet switched (PS) service. A method for handover of a PS service in a user equipment according to one embodiment of the present invention comprises the steps of: transmitting a suspension request message for at least one PS service to a network node during circuit switched fallback (CSFB) in a first access network; making a voice call according to the CSFB; transmitting handover-related information on the at least one PS service to the network node when it is determined that the at least one PS service suspended in the first access network after the CSFB is handed over to a second access network; and handing over the at least one PS service to the second access network.
