The claimed columnar diffusion apparatus consists of vertically located cylindrical housing, inside of which on axis the pipe arbor is located with installed rows of counter blades and blades, drive, pipe arbor, located on the contrary on cylindrical housing, off-loading screw and socket for supply of feed water, located perpendicularly towards the axis of pipe arbor in its upper part, socket for juice removing and pipe for supply of juice-slice mixture in the lower part of the housing. Perforated housing is located in the lower part of cylindrical housing in line with pipe arbor, having feed screw conveyer with the separate drive for supply of juice-slice mixture in apparatus volume. |
